Ordered an unsweetened red iced tea. Very good! Not flat ! As I waited, the barista said, "we don't sweeten anything unless you tell us." Awwwwwwwwwwwwwwwww. I'm diabetic so I have to ask. Very sweet kid. Will DEFINIETLY be back when I'm in that area again!

The service is slow and inaccurate. There is a Dunkin' around the corner with good service and friendly faces.

Walked in here after shopping on the magnificent mile hoping to warm up, wind down for a bit with my family and enjoy a nice authentic italian coffee/ experience.
NOPE! We walked in and were not treated so nicely. The place was dead- it was closing in 45 min and the two employees behind the counter looked bored out of their mind. We ordered our drinks but were given to go cups when we never asked for them to go. The presentation was hideous. I ordered one of their speciality drinks and had to correct the dude because he did not even know what the drink ingredients were. It came in a clear plastic cup, not a glass. I know they did this because they wanted us to either leave so they can go home, or so they would not have to do any more dished. Well it back fired because ten min later they got a rush of people in.
I ordered a nutella croissant with my coffee and it was freezing cold, so I asked for it to be heated please. Instead of using the press to heat it up he threw it in the microwave which then turned it into cardboard- making it completely inedible.
I was so disappointed - the photos and reviews really fooled me.
I spent $11 on a rock hard old pastry and a espresso drink in a 99 cent cup that was drowning in chocolate syrup.
Would not recommend. -

I've stayed at the hotel close to this location and stopped by almost every morning. The employees are always nice & give good service. The coffee is great and better priced than Starbucks. The white mocha latte is my favorite, I think it was just on their menu for Valentine's Day but if you ask it should be no problem to make.
They serve breakfast & lunch all day and have some fresh pastries and fruit out also. All of the sandwiches & paninis are made fresh and you can see them making it, which I like. This is a good place to get breakfast & lunch really quick if you're on the go. -

Thank you for the morning coffee and pastry! The service I appreciate! Personally To many offerings for small space! I would like to see clean panini press that my croissant was heated up on! Other wise pretty good!
